Robot Cells
We design and build custom cells for applications across a range of industries, from automotive to manufacturing to energy and beyond. Our 26,000 sq. ft. shop is equipped to build exciting modular solutions that focus on cycle time reduction and limit the impact of error-handling on-site. The data collection and data analysis tools that are offered with our builds are unmatched in efficiency, giving technicians access to current data from thousands of units by simply plugging in a laptop. In utilizing our own automation solutions to build new cells, we are well equipped to handle projects of any size.
Collaborative Robots (Cobots)

Engineering and Simulation
We specialize in mechanical and electrical engineering, and are very adept at designing weld fixtures. Our engineers are capable of FEA/structural analysis and fluid simulation, and have produced extremely complex and sophisticated engineering projects.
Our team of programmers posses a deep understanding of the ins and outs of programming robots on-site, allowing them to produce more accurate offline simulations compared to most competitors. Simulation helps to garner an accurate cycle time estimation, and allows us to do reach studies throughout the engineering process to ensure that no on-site rework is necessary. We can program any brand of robot, including but not limited to ABB, Fanuc, Yaskawa, Kuka, and Universal.
